Welcome

Are you a busy woman or mom looking to rediscover herself?

Let endurance running help you find your way back to you!

Does this sound familiar?

Somewhere along the way you stopped choosing yourself.

Your days revolve around everyone else—your kids, your work, your responsibilities. And by the time you could take time for yourself...you're exhausted.

You want to feel strong again.

You want something that's yours.

But you don't know where it fits—or if it's selfish to want that?

Maybe you've tried running before...

but it felt inconsistent, overwhelming, or like just another thing you couldn't keep up with.

So, you stay stuck in a cycle:

start - stop - start over

And slowly you start to feel disconnected from the version of you that felt confident, capable...and like you.

Here's the Truth

Taking time for yourself isn't selfish. It's necessary.

Running isn't just about fitness—it's a way to reconnect with yourself, rebuild confidence, and create something that's yours again.

That's why I coach differently

Through the EVOLVE Framework, we build training around your real life—not an ideal schedule that doesn't exist.

  • We start by building your foundation—physically and mentally.
  • We progress in a way that supports your energy, not drains it.
  • We prioritize recovery, because you're already carrying a lot.
  • And we create structure that fits into your life.

My Training Philospohy

My coaching is built around the EVOLVE Framework—a philosophy that prioritizes building a strong aerobic foundation, progressing volume intentionally, respecting recovery, and aligning training with realities of life. Through supportive structure and a sustainable approach, you don't just grow in fitness—you rebuild confidence, consistency, and step back into your identity as a strong, lifelong endurance athlete.

E -- Establish Your Base

Endurance starts with durability. We focus first on building a strong aerobic foundation and consistent movement patterns. This creates the resilience you need to fit training into real life and still keep showing up without burning out.

V -- Volume with Intention

Mileage increases strategically and thoughtfully. Instead of pushing for extremes, training progresses at a pace that fits your real life, supporting adaptation while minimizing injury, burnout and the feeling of constantly falling behind.

O -- Optimize for Recovery

Fitness doesn't happen only during workouts. We prioritize sleep, fueling, pacing, discipline and scheduled recovery weeks so your body can stay healthy, recover properly, and keep up with both the demands of both training and life.

L -- Life-Aligned Scheduling

Training should support your life—not compete with it. Your schedule respects career demands, family responsibilities, and the realities of everyday life so running remains sustainable and enjoyable.

V -- Validate Progress

Progress builds confidence. Strategic benchmarks and milestone efforts allow you to see how far you've come and reinforce your growth as a strong consistent endurance athlete—even in a full, demanding life.

E — Expand Your Identity

Running changes how you see yourself. Today you may be training for your first half marathon—tomorrow you’re a marathoner, a strong endurance athlete, and someone who carries that confidence into every area of your life.

My Story

Hi I'm Amber,

I've loved running since I was a kid playing soccer, where speed and endurance came naturally. But as I got older, persistent knee pain made consistency difficult, and for years I found myself stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping.

After becoming a mom my focus shifted to my family--but over time, I realized I needed something that was just for me. In 2013, I signed up for my first 5K. Crossing that finish lines was a defining moment, but balancing training with a busy life--and ongoing injuries--continued to be a challenge.

Everything changed in 2022 when I committed to a new approach. Through the run-walk-run method and a supportive community, I learned how to train smarter, stay consistent, and build endurance on a realistic schedule. After addressing the root cause of my knee pain through physical therapy, I was finally able to run pain-free.

Since then, I've completed multiple half marathons, marathons and an ultramarathon. I am currently training for my first 100K.

I became a coach to help busy women and moms find confidence, strength, and a sense of identity through running. You don't have to wait for the "perfect time" to pursue your goals. With the right plan and support, you can start now.

Let's build a training approach that fits your life—and helps you get back to the strong, confident version of yourself you want to be.
